• Tracie Steger is convinced by Board member Mary Stafford to transfer the 355 Spring Time Street and 361 Spring Time Street property to Paw Warriors, her Non-Profit Cat Rescue "for tax purposes." Note Mary Stafford is a witness to the official transaction filed with the County Property Appraiser.  

November 10, 2024:

• The ousting of former Board member Christine on November 10th proved to be a dark omen of the events about to engulf Paw Warriors. Christine's angry response included threats of future retribution. Mary Stafford's immediate removal of Christine from the Board chat, ostensibly to quell the disruption, now appears suspiciously like an attempt to silence someone who accurately predicted the coming hostile takeover..

November 17, 2024:

• Beneath the veneer of welcome, evil intentions were taking root at Paw Warriors, unbeknownst to Tracie and Kaitlyn. Trustingly, Tracie embraced Deborah Sadlowski and Mel McBride as new Board members, unaware that they had already allegedly set in motion a calculated coup to seize control. Their plan, it seems, involved not only ousting Tracie and Kaitlyn from the rescue Tracie founded but also evicting Tracie from her home and systematically stripping her of her personal possessions, culminating in the heartless act of tearing her family photos and returning them in garbage bags, as well as selling her personal belongings in yard sales on the property, including precious items that had belonged to her deceased mother. The extent of their premeditation and malice was chillingly revealed on November 17, 2024, when a confidante of Sadlowski and McBride texted Kaitlyn's mother, boasting about the impending removal: 'Oh and the board wants her and Tracie out. They will do anything to make it happen. Hahahaha. Just a matter of time.' Their 'anything,' it appears, included a blatant disregard for the law.

December 1, 2024:

• 12:39 pm: Mary Stafford began removing Tracie and Kaitlyn's access to Paw Warriors assets, and granting access to Deb Sadlowski, Katie Bass and Mel McBride. Other volunteers, who the rogue Board suspected would support Tracie, were also removed and ultimately banned and trespassed from the public property.

December 1, 2024:

• 2:30 pm: Paw Warriors Board members gather while Melba "Mel" McBride hands Tracie Steger a letter and reads it aloud, calling for Tracie Steger's immediate removal. No official Board meeting was called and no vote was taken.

December 3, 2024:

• On December 3, 2024, rogue Board members Mary Stafford and Deborah Sadlowski signed Articles of Amendment to the State of Florida, representing an illegal circumvention of due process and a potentially criminal act. This document, falsely dated with an effective date of 12/3/2024, purported to remove multiple Board members – Tracie Steger, Kaitlyn Bishop, Kristin Morin Sears, and Leanna Moes – and install a new leadership structure without any legitimate Board meeting or vote. The false claim within the amendment, certified by Deb Sadlowski, that these changes were approved by the members, is a direct misrepresentation of the truth. 

December 6, 2024:

• The signed, fraudulent Articles of Amendment dated December 3, 2024 were submitted to the State of Florida by rogue Board members Mary Stafford and Deborah Sadlowski, constituting a criminal act. Filing such falsified official documents with the State of Florida is a third-degree felony as outlined in Florida Statute s.817.155.

December 8, 2024:

• The rogue Paw Warriors Board's disregard for legality and ethical conduct is further underscored by their method of informing Kaitlyn Bishop of her removal: a text message containing a letter dated December 6, 2024, with staggered signatures from Mel McBride, Deb Sadlowski, Mary Stafford (December 7th), and Katie Bass (December 8th). This charade occurred after they had already falsely certified her removal to the State of Florida based on a phantom board meeting. Shockingly, on December 8th, these same individuals inadvertently included Kaitlyn in a text chat where they discussed the secret, unannounced board meeting they held to orchestrate her removal and their prior private conspiracy to seize control of the organization.

December 9, 2024:

• On December 9, 2024, the rogue Board continued to formalize their control over Paw Warriors by submitting an Amended Annual Report to the State of Florida. This document detailed the new roles they had assigned themselves within the rescue, following their alleged unlawful removal of the founder and other board members..

December 16, 2024:

• Paw Warriors files for eviction of Tracie Steger from 355 Spring Street. The Eviction Order states Tracie must vacate by December 24th, rendering her homeless on Christmas Eve.

2025:

• Mary Stafford has the audacity to feign innocence in the stealing of Tracie's work and home. Her hollow apology for taking 'the land that Flo gave you' is a slap in the face to the profound loss she has inflicted upon Tracie. Yes, Mary, 'what is done, is done' when you make someone who considered you a dear friend homeless and destitute. Your sudden concern for the well-being of the cats Tracie fought so hard to place in loving homes rings hollow when contrasted with your utter disregard for the longtime friend and colleague whose entire existence you have dismantled. Where is your compassion for the woman whose home you stole, whose life's work you seized, whose transportation you took, whose personal belongings you pilfered, and whose precious family memories you literally tore apart before selling her remaining possessions for your own gain?

January 13, 2025:

• Facing the devastating reality of homelessness, compounded by the rogue board's efforts to confiscate her sole mode of transportation, Tracie Steger demonstrated incredible strength. On January 13, 2025, she filed a crucial Statement of Fact with the State of Florida, meticulously detailing the fraudulent actions undertaken by the individuals who had orchestrated the alleged illegal takeover of her life's work.

February 24, 2025:

• On February 24, 2025, the rogue board submitted what we believe to be another fraudulent Annual Report to the State of Florida, offering further insight into their power dynamics. This filing reveals Deb Sadlowski's promotion to President, Katie Bass's designation as Secretary, and the addition of Andrea Murray, Tina Neff-Legg, and Ray Sadlowski – Deb Sadlowski's husband – as Directors. The emergence of the Sadlowski family as a dominant force within this illegally constituted board strongly indicates they are the key architects of this alleged takeover. The disappearance of Mel McBride from the leadership structure only deepens the suspicion surrounding their motives and the legitimacy of their actions.

April 3, 2025:

• In adherence to state regulations, and well within the May 1st deadline, the legal Annual Report for Paw Warriors was officially filed with the State of Florida on April 3, 2025. This accurate report details the true and legally recognized Board members, as duly voted upon in documented board meetings and reflected in the official meeting minutes.

April 5, 2025:
