On December 9, 2024, an Amended Report was filed with the Secretary of State for the purpose of making changes to the company's List of Officers and Directors, and the company mailing address, all of which are incorrect, anci were executed in a manner that is in direct violation of multiple rules as written in the bylaws that govern this organization. 

Specifically, the incorrect changes made to the company's List of Officers & Directors include: 

1. Removal of Tracie Steger as CEO and Board Member

2. Removal of Kaitlyn Bishop as an Officer and Director

3. Promotion of Melba McBride from Board Member to President

4. Promotion of Deborah Sadlowski from Board Member to Vice President

The incorrect address changes are as follows:

The mailing address was changed from "355 Spring Time Street, Spring Hill. FL 34608" to "PO Box 3, Elfers, FL 34680."

We believe the actions described above constitute fraud, we are taking additional legal action at the local level, and will be filing a new report with the Florida Division of Corporations within 30 days. 

Paw Warriors Bylaws specify that in order to remove any member of the board from their position, a ten (10) day minimum notice must be issued to all board members prior to a meeting where a vote must be taken, and that at least 3/4 (75%) of the board membership must approve of the action to remove a member. In addition, ONLY ONE board member can be removed per meeting. In this case, none of the above listed bylaws were followed.
